VALIDATIONS
We have many years experience in carrying out mechanical validations for Clients who may want pre-lease verification of plant condition and operation. We also work for many fit-out companies who want to protect themselves from inheriting the liability of correcting historical problems as part of their fit-out; some of the problems we have highlighted have saved our Clients not only thousands of pounds but also harm to their reputation.
We cover the following services, as an example:
- Refrigerant based systems such as splits and VRV/VRF
- Fan coil units (FCU) with air or waterside controls
- VAV and CAV systems
- Sampling of water based heating and chilled pipework for laboratory analysis
- Controls systems / BMS
- Central plant such as Chillers, Boilers and Pumps
- Pressurisation units, cold water booster sets and CAT5 boosters
- Ventilation – including air handling units, fans, heat recovery systems and ductwork
- Verification of water and airflow rates
The end report is extremely comprehensive with embedded photographs, schematics and diagrams. We not only give condition reports but outline short and long term solutions.
